Product development, Prototyping and Pilot mould service
Our »three PPP« services use to assist customers and engineers to assure marketing, production and cost analyzes of the plastic closure or project at a preliminary stage.
To achieve high quality, detailed products, we offer following services:
- Product development, 3D model and technical drawing
- Typically, stereo lithography Prototypes is used to assist customers and engineers with the visualization of the plastic product at a preliminary stage.
- The preferred prototyping method is to simulate the final production mold, as closely as possible. This involves machining hardened steel inserts on a production capable of 2 - cavity Pilot mould. This method may take longer but will reveal all technical concerns and will be able to test all performance parameters of the final mold.
When these pilot moulds are approved, you can rest assured that the completion of the production mold will be flawless, efficient, bug free and ready for production.

- upgraded injection moulding machine (new or used one)
- auxiliary equipment for reliable production handling (appropriate dosing system, conveyer, scale device, packaging unit…)
- TURNKEY system: we make you production unit for closures from A to Z together with training and instruction at your site.
