    What is the delivery time for the order?
    The order via the website is dispatched on the next business day upon receipt of the payment.

    Could you store our products or our order?
    Yes, SOPI allows you to supply products based on partial recalls with the assumption that a minimum order has been reached. If you have a wholesale sale, you can order larger quantities (at least 10,000 pieces), and we will supply you with a pre-defined plan.

    What is the minimum order quantity?
    The minimum order quantity depends on the size and type of the closure, please contact us for specific information.

    Could you offer me quality certificate? 
    Yes.

    Can I get samples of your products?
    In case you want to buy a larger quantity of our products, we can also send you samples. Please contact us for what you need.

    Can we get bigger quantities than you have in stock? 
    We can assure you that you purchase large amounts in package or in bulk. For more information please contact sales at sales-support@sopi-closures.com.

    How long is the delivery time if you do not have products in stock? 
    If the products are currently not in stock, we will deliver them as soon as possible. We will notify you about the exact date when the order is confirmed.

    I need smaller amount of your products. Could I purchase them in the store? 
    Yes, our products can be purchased in smaller quantities. The list of the shops

    How can I pay for subscriptions in an online store?
    Payment is possible with a payment card, a paypal account or an advance payment (we send an invoice). If you are a wholesaler and the order will be done for larger quantities please contact sales at sales-support@sopi-closures.com and they will make an individual offer for you.

    If I'm not satisfied with the product or I purchased too much of stock, can I just return it?
    The consumer has the right to notify the company within 15 days of the goods being taken over that he  will withdraw from the contract, without having to state the reason for his decision. The message is deemed timely if the consignment is submitted within 30 days. The only cost charged to the buyer in respect of cancellation is the direct cost of returning the goods. The latter must be return by the customer within 30 days from the cancellation of the contract.     The products I received are damaged. What now?
    In case of problems the customers can reach the seller within Sopi d.o.o.  On the telephone number 01 831 93 86 or by email on sales-support@sopi-closures.com. The procedure of claim process is confidential.

    We are a legal person, can we buy through your online store?
    Legal and natural persons can buy through online shops. In case of larger quantities, contact sales-support@sopi-closures.com and obtain wholesale prices for products.

    Where do you deliver products?
    Purchased goods are delivered to any address in Slovenia. It is also possible to deliver abroad. Please see the shipping costs here.
